1. Follow the law and respect rights

You may not use XYH to violate applicable law, regulation, court order, contractual restriction, intellectual-property right, privacy right, publicity right, or other legal right.

2. No fraud, deception, or impersonation

• No phishing, scams, deceptive fundraising, fake giveaways, fraudulent offers, or misleading payment requests.
• No impersonating another person, organization, brand, public figure, government entity, or XYH/Corzohub representative in a misleading way.
• No deliberately false claims of affiliation, endorsement, certification, sponsorship, or official status.

3. No harmful, exploitative, or nonconsensual intimate content

• No threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or publication of highly sensitive personal information without lawful authority.
• No content that promotes or coordinates unlawful violence, exploitation, or serious physical harm.
• No sexual exploitation of minors or any content involving child sexual abuse material. Suspected illegal material may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by law.
• No publishing, linking to, soliciting, threatening to publish, or distributing intimate imagery of an identifiable person without that person's consent.
• No sexualized digital forgeries, deepfakes, AI-generated intimate depictions, or materially altered intimate imagery presented or distributed without the depicted person's consent.

A person depicted in nonconsensual intimate imagery, or an authorized person acting for them, can use XYH's Safety & Takedown process. An XYH account is not required to submit that request.

4. No malware or security abuse

• No malware, credential theft, malicious redirects, drive-by downloads, exploit delivery, or links primarily intended to compromise devices or accounts.
• No probing, scanning, bypassing, attacking, overloading, scraping at abusive scale, or interfering with XYH infrastructure or security controls without authorization.
• No attempts to obtain another user's credentials, session information, private data, or account access.

5. No spam or unauthorized data collection

• No bulk unsolicited messaging, spam campaigns, or automated activity that materially degrades the service.
• No harvesting visitor information, contact-form submissions, or profile data for unlawful surveillance, resale, identity theft, or unsolicited marketing contrary to applicable law.

6. Intellectual property and brand protection

Do not publish content you do not have the right to use. Do not copy XYH templates, code, brand assets, logos, interface elements, or original site material for resale, cloning, impersonation, or a competing service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

You may print, display, and share Hustle Codes generated by XYH for your own published Hustle Page as intended by the service. You may not alter locked XYH marks outside controls expressly provided by your plan, separate the mark from the generated code for unrelated use, or present a Hustle Code in a way that falsely implies XYH or Corzohub endorses your business, campaign, product, or content.

7. Regulated and restricted activity

You are responsible for complying with licensing, age, consumer-protection, advertising, financial, health, professional, and other regulations that apply to your business or content. XYH does not grant licenses or regulatory approval merely by allowing a page to be published.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable links, restrict features, unpublish pages, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. Enforcement may consider severity, repetition, intent, risk, legal requirements, and the user's history.

We may cooperate with valid legal process and may report suspected criminal activity when required or appropriate under applicable law.

9. Reporting abuse

For nonconsensual intimate imagery or intimate digital forgeries, use the Safety & Takedown form so the request reaches the dedicated review path. For other abuse, fraud, impersonation, security issues, or policy violations, email info@corzohub.com and include the XYH URL, a description of the issue, and supporting information where appropriate.
