The rules behind your presence.

1. The service and operator

XYH (eXpress Your Hustle) is a digital identity and social contact-page service operated by Corzohub, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. XYH lets users create and publish profiles, destinations, social links, media, contact paths, branded Hustle Codes, and related content using tools made available by the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use XYH. If you are not old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has provided any legally required consent.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, maintaining control of your sign-in provider and email inbox, and all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

XYH may offer Google sign-in, email/password authentication, Email OTP one-time codes, and Magic Link authentication. When you choose Google, your relationship with Google is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices. Email OTP and Magic Link authentication require access to the email inbox associated with the account.

3. Handles, names, and identity

Hustle Handles and public profile names are provided subject to availability and these Terms. A handle does not grant trademark, publicity, personality, or other legal rights in a name.

We may reject, suspend, rename, reserve, or reassign handles that impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead users, violate law or policy, create security risk, or conflict with service operation. We may also reserve names associated with XYH, Corzohub, LLC, product functions, or protected brands.

XYH may assign a permanent public Hustle Code identifier that resolves through XYH to the creator's current published Hustle Page. The identifier is designed to remain stable when a Hustle Handle changes, but this does not guarantee perpetual availability. A Hustle Code may stop resolving if the related page is unpublished, the account or content is suspended or terminated, the code is disabled for security or legal reasons, or the feature or service is discontinued.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to XYH to the extent you own it. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, consents, releases, and permissions necessary to upload, publish, display, link to, or otherwise use that content.

To operate XYH, you grant Corzohub, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, transmit, display, and distribute your content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, promote, and improve the service. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup, legal, and archival retention.

You must not imply that Corzohub, LLC or XYH endorses your content, business, products, opinions, or services unless we have expressly agreed in writing.

5. XYH and Corzohub intellectual property

XYH, eXpress Your Hustle, Corzohub, the XYH and X marks, logos, software, templates, interface designs, visual systems, documentation, original graphics, site copy, and other service materials are owned by Corzohub, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. No ownership of XYH software, brands, designs, Hustle Code brand elements, or other protected material is transferred to you.

You may not copy, sell, license, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, remove proprietary notices from, or commercially exploit protected XYH materials except where law expressly permits it or we give written permission.

6. Acceptable use and safety

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other restrictions, you may not use XYH for fraud, deceptive impersonation, unlawful activity, malware, harassment, rights infringement, unauthorized data collection, nonconsensual intimate imagery, intimate digital forgeries, platform abuse, or activity designed to compromise or disrupt XYH or others.

Reports involving intimate imagery shared without consent or intimate digital forgeries should use the Safety & Takedown process, which does not require an XYH account.

7. Free and paid plans

XYH may offer Free and paid plans with different features, limits, and entitlements. Current pricing and included features are shown on the service before purchase. We may change future pricing or plan features, including Hustle Code customization/export entitlements, but changes do not retroactively alter amounts already charged for a completed billing period.

Paid XYH subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Unless the checkout flow states otherwise, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. The renewal period, price, trial terms, and cancellation options are presented during checkout or account billing management.

You can review, change, or cancel an active paid subscription from the XYH Billing page through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the effective date shown by Stripe; you remain responsible for charges validly incurred before cancellation.

Free trials, discounts, promotions, and credits may have additional terms and may be modified or discontinued for future users. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable after a charge is validly incurred. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Third-party services and destinations

XYH can link to or interact with third-party services such as social networks, payment providers, identity providers, websites, and creator-selected destinations. Corzohub, LLC does not control third-party content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices and is not responsible for them.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms. A link from a Hustle Page does not mean XYH endorses the destination.

9. Service changes, availability, and beta features

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, legal compliance, product quality, infrastructure, or business operations. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every browser, device, integration, or third-party service.

Preview, beta, experimental, or future-facing features may change or be removed and may be subject to additional limits.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using XYH at any time. You remain responsible for charges validly incurred before cancellation.

We may suspend, restrict, unpublish, or terminate accounts or content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, respond to law or legal process, address security or fraud, protect users or rights, prevent service harm, or investigate abuse. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XYH is provided “as is” and “as available.” Corzohub, LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee audience growth, discoverability, revenue, business results, social-platform performance, uptime, search ranking, conversions, or continued availability of any third-party integration.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corzohub, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from or related to XYH.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Corzohub, LLC for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid to Corzohub, LLC for XYH during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Corzohub, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of XYH, your violation of these Terms or law, or your infringement of another person's rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by contacting info@corzohub.com. Unless applicable law requires a different forum, disputes will be brought in courts with jurisdiction over Corzohub, LLC's principal place of business in Florida.

15. General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the invalid provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with incorporated policies and purchase-specific terms, form the agreement between you and Corzohub, LLC concerning XYH and supersede prior terms about the same subject.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for product, legal, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Your continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
