1. XYH and Corzohub rights

Except for user content and third-party materials, the XYH service and its original materials are owned by Corzohub, LLC or its licensors. This includes, where applicable, the names XYH and eXpress Your Hustle, the X and XYH logo artwork, software, source code, templates, original interface designs, visual systems, graphics, written copy, documentation, and product presentation.

No use of XYH grants permission to register, adopt, copy, imitate, or use confusingly similar branding, domains, social handles, logos, app icons, or product presentation in a manner that suggests affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or common ownership.

2. User content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own. By uploading or publishing content through XYH, users grant only the service license described in the Terms of Service so Corzohub, LLC can host, process, display, transmit, secure, and operate the content through XYH.

Users are responsible for obtaining rights to music, photos, videos, artwork, trademarks, names, likenesses, and other protected material they publish.

3. Brand-use restrictions

You may print, display, and share Hustle Codes generated by XYH for your own published Hustle Page, including the XYH mark embedded by the service, solely as intended to identify or link to that page. This limited permission does not transfer ownership of the XYH mark and ends if the related use is no longer authorized by the service or these policies.

• Do not present yourself as XYH, Corzohub, LLC, an official XYH employee, or an authorized partner without written authorization.
• Do not use XYH marks in a company, product, domain, app, social handle, or campaign name in a way that creates likely confusion.
• Do not alter or redistribute official XYH logo assets as your own brand, remove or modify locked Hustle Code brand elements outside controls expressly provided by your plan, or sell merchandise using XYH marks without permission.
• Do not clone XYH's protected interface, templates, code, or brand presentation for resale or a competing service except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.

4. Copyright and infringement notices

If you believe content on XYH infringes a copyright or other intellectual-property right, send a notice to info@corzohub.com with:

• Your name, organization if applicable, and reliable contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted or protected work you claim is infringed.
• The exact XYH URL or other information sufficient to locate the material.
• A description of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward a rights complaint to the affected user and may remove or restrict content while reviewing a credible complaint. Knowingly false infringement claims may create legal liability.

5. Nonconsensual intimate imagery is a separate safety process

Do not use a copyright notice as a substitute for a request involving intimate imagery shared without the depicted person's consent or an intimate digital forgery. Those requests should go through XYH's Safety & Takedown process, which does not require an XYH account and is designed to collect the information needed for expedited safety review.

6. Trademark, impersonation, and name disputes

For trademark or impersonation complaints, include the protected name or mark, registration information if available, the relevant XYH URL or handle, the basis of your rights, and evidence showing likely confusion, impersonation, or misuse.

XYH may preserve, suspend, rename, or transfer a handle when reasonably necessary to address infringement, impersonation, fraud, court orders, or other legal rights. A handle alone does not establish ownership of a trademark or personal name.

7. Repeat or serious infringement

XYH may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

8. Government registrations are separate

Corzohub, LLC may separately pursue federal or state trademark registrations, copyright registrations, domain protections, and any DMCA Designated Agent registration appropriate for the business. Those registrations are legal and administrative steps outside this website policy and should not be inferred merely from the presence of ™, ©, or a rights notice.
